Dear brothers and sisters of St. Christopher’s,
May the peace of Christ be with you! As we will celebrate Father’s Day this Sunday, I wish all fathers and god fathers, Happy Father’s Day! May you grow in the Holy Spirit to be a role model to our children!
As we did in Mother’s Day, we also also show our respect to the fathers in our neighbourhoods. May I invite you to join us tomorrow, Sat. June 16, we will give out pens to all fathers:
a. at NYC at 11 am to Leslie Square (Canon Der leads) and
b. also at 9019 Bayview Ave – in front of Emperor Fine Chinese Cuisine (Pastor Michele leads)
Hope you can join us to show to our neighbours that we care!
“People won’t care how much we know, until they know how much we care!”
Happy Father’s Day!
Yours truly in Christ,
Philip Der+ (The Rev. Canon)

We have launched the Nurturing Credit System, with the purpose to encourage parishioners’ spiritual growth and practice Christian living. We encourage everyone to get 10 credits before June 2015, and our goal is to achieve 500 credits church wide. There are many things we can do to grow spiritually and practice Christian living. For example, attending Sunday School, reading devotional books or material, audio and visual CDs or DVDs, or even caring by making phone calls and visits. All parishioners are encouraged to sign your name or colour the paper doll and put it on the poster.
