May the peace of Christ be with you! We now enter the Holy Week to commemorate the final week of Jesus’ earthly life. Jesus came and died for our sins on the cross to show how much God loves us. “But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed.” Isaiah 53:5. On Easter Sunday, Jesus is raised from the dead and overcame the ultimate power of evil. All those who believes in him, will have a new life in him. May you find peace in Jesus and have a new you!
Please join our services below to celebrate the most important festivals of the Christian calendar:
a. Maundy Thursday Holy Eucharist – Thursday, April 1, 7:30 pm on-line service only at www.stchris.ca.
b. Good Friday Meditation Service – Friday, April 2, 11 am at RHC.
c. Drive-thru or walk-in Holy Eucharist – During Easter, some parishioners would like to receive Holy Eucharist. On Saturday, April 3, 2-4 pm, we will administer consecrated bread and Healing prayer at NYC parking lot. Please register on or before Wednesday, March 31 at the church web site or leave your name at 905 918 2205. We will have 5 minutes for each person. We will confirm your actual time allotment in due course.
d. Easter Sunday Holy Eucharist – Sunday, April 4, 11 am at RHC.
